1. How to work with Kacy?
To help me better understand your plans and thoughts, I will give out some questionnaire. You are encouraged to tell me about your plans and ideas. I will also email you some instructions and reminders along the preparation process. A contract is also required.

2. Do you edit every image by yourself?
Yes, I do. All the images uploaded are edited for brightness, contrast, color temperature, and so on.
I also do high-end retouch (skin retouch, stylization, liquify, etc.) on the images you choose (up to 15 images). Any other editing upon request.
3. How long does it take to receive my images?
You will receive your digital images within three months after the session day in a password protected online gallery. But you will see some teaser from my Facebook page first! Please accept my tag and show it to your friends!
4. Do I own the copyright?
Yes, you do. Clients share the copyright with the photographer(s).
5. How many images would I expect to receive?
It’s case by case and please remember that quantity not necessary reflects the quality. But usually, I deliver around 100 images/ hr.
6. How will I receive my products?
You could choose to receive them in an on-line gallery for free, or on a CD, a flash with an extra charge.

8. How do I book Kacy?
a. Clients need to sign a contract.
b. Clients should pay $300 for weddings or $95 for other types of sessions to reserve the shoot date and pay the rest of it 7 days before the session day.
9. What is your price range?
It depends on how long the photography service is and what kind of products you choose. Typically my rate is starting from 250 USD/ hr. The travel or parking fee is expected if outside of SSF.
10. What is your equipment?
I have two Canon full frame cameras; each camera has two memory cards, so I am always backing up the images. I also have one 18mm, one 24mm-70mm, one 70mm-200mm, one 50mm, and one 90mm micro-lens and numerous lighting equipment.
11. Do you do any albums!?
Yes and I do believe albums are the best way to present your memory!
After months of searching and testing, the only albums I offer at this moment are "New York Simple" and "Tuscan Sunshine".

12. I don't know I should hire a photographer for how long!?
Most wedding days include 5 photographic events:
a) Bride's Preparation:
Including details shots, bride getting ready shots with MUA, hair stylist, mom and the girls.
It varies from 1~4 hrs. We suggest you take extra 1/2 hr (at least) for photography purpose!
b) Groom's Preparation:
Including details shots, groom getting ready shots with groomsmen, some formal portrait for groom and groomsmen. It usually takes 1/2 ~1 hour.
It usually lasts for 1/2 ~1 hour.
d) Formal Portraits:
It usually happens during cocktail hour and last for 1 hour depends on the
the number of people.
Including first dance, dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss.., etc. till last dance. It usually takes 2~4 hours.
